Today was an interesting day. I am at a mens conference hosted by my mens group. It is a weekend long event with manly endeavors and a lot of learning. To say my brain is full is an understatement along with the conversations that truth be told, have cut to the bone. But in a good way. The event continues tomorrow and runs through Sunday lunch. I have an idea of what to expect tomorrow but god only knows what will happen.

The conversations though have been life changing, the presentations doubly so. I can’t begin to describe just how much things have changed in my frame of mine being around this group of brothers all striving to be the best that we can be.

I can’t go into too many details on the event but I am sure that you will see its effects in the coming days and months. For now, I have a 4am wakeup for PT.
