It is fall in the mid west and so far the weather is holding onto a nice autumn afternoon. The morning there is a chill of course, but that is to be expected when the year gets long in the tooth. The leaves are changing here much like we saw in Maine a few short weeks ago, the sign that winter is in fact coming.
Things at home have calmed down a hair, changes have been made in life and so far have bore fruit. I’m down another 6 pounds, just a hair of 50 total lost since I joined the IC just two years ago. I still reflect on the conversations and the presentations I had at the Maine event, implementing the changes suggested little by little. The cold I caught is starting to wear off slowly but as it does I’ll add more to my day. Exercise in the mornings before work, fasting at least once a week. Moving towards an even healthier version of myself body and soul.
